Shipping
To determine the shipping cost of a product, add the product to your shopping cart and input your zip code in the Shipping Estimator field. We do not ship to other countries outside of the U.S and Canada. We ship to all residential and commercial addresses in Canada, and most states in the US. 
We do not ship battery products via air transportation.

 

General Shipping

  • Shipping costs will be automatically calculated. 
  • If you purchase products with other items with free shipping, you will only be charged the shipping fee for those products. 
  • Your order has to meet Canada Post or USPS size and weight requirements (no dimension greater than 2m, weight less than 30kg). 
  • If you are willing to visit our showroom (904 Sherwood Ave, Coquitlam, BC V3K 1A6, Canada) and pick up your orders, we'll issue a refund for the shipping charge after pickup. 

Regions with Additional Shipping Fees: While we strive to maintain uniform shipping fees, some areas may incur extra charges. This is primarily due to factors such as remote locations, limited access, or higher logistic costs. Specifically, in Canada, orders shipped to regions like Yukon, Newfoundland, and certain rural areas are subject to these additional fees. Similarly, in the United States, shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii may also incur extra charges. We are committed to transparency in our shipping practices. And we will provide detailed information on any additional fees that may apply to your order by email after checkout.

If you received a package that is suspected of damage

In the event that you are not satisfied with the condition of your new product when first received, there are several steps that are crucial in order to successfully resolve the situation.

Step 1: Before opening your damaged parcel, take a photo of the package condition your product came in.

Step 2: If the product you ordered came damaged, please take a few photos of the condition of the product you received.

Step 3: Send photos to info@bigantcrate.com

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination.

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within the timeframe specified at checkout.

 

Shipping Within Canada

Smaller item orders are sent via Canada Post. Orders are insured in case of damage or loss. Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped. Most orders are shipped from Coquitlam or Surrey, BC and take one to two business days to process, in addition to the delivery times shown. Some rural addresses may take longer for delivery. 

Taxes

If an order is shipped to the following provinces or territories, Bigtent Outdoors must collect the applicable taxes as described.

Shipping Within The U.S 

Orders are sent via Standard Post. Orders are insured in case of damage or loss. Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped. Most orders are shipped from BC, Canada and take one to two business days to process, in addition to the delivery times shown. Isolated and rural areas may take longer. Customs clearance and fees may be charged. 

Taxes

If an order is shipped to each provinces or territories, BIGANT must collect the applicable taxes.
